About

Marcus is an aspiring architectural designer currently attending Wentworth Institute of Technology. He is pursuing a Master of Architecture degree after receiving his Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture with a minor in Business Management in Spring of 2020. Marcus has had experience interning in New York City, Boston, as well as his hometown on Cape Cod. He has worked on projects ranging from luxury residential interior design, to creating furniture test fits for large corporate office and hospitality clients, assisting with site and construction documentation, and more.

Marcus’s interest in architecture and design derived from his passion for creating art early on in his life. His art has been published, exhibited, and awarded regionally and nationally. He is also interested in real estate development, which is why he decided to take on the challenge of adding a business minor to his curriculum.

His academic work ranges in scale and has included public parks, collegiate and luxury residential apartment design, education centers, retail spaces, as well as extensive precedent research. He is currently pursuing a Thesis concerning the inevitability of rising sea levels in Manhattan with a focus on creating both physical and social resilience.
